NEW 2018 Hobie Matting Kits
New for the 2018 season, Hobie has collaborated with Marine Mat to make specific matting kits for a few kayaks in the lineup. Hobie focused on the Compass, Outback, Pro Angler 12, and Pro Angler 14.
Compass Matting Kits
The Compass is available in one colorway (Grey/Charcoal) that is compatible with both Slate and Seagrass. With this particular kit we believe you may receive a few extra matting pieces like you do in the Outback package. This is in case you wanted to change that central circular hatch into a rectangular hatch.

Other Matting Kits
The Outback, Pro Angler 12, and Pro Angler 14 will all come in the following three colorways:

We currently have installed 2 of the 3 colorways on varying colors of Hobie Kayaks and we must say they look GREAT!! The two most popular colorways so far are the Titanium/Blue which have been put on the Orange Papaya Pro Anglers 12/14 and the Grey/Charcoal which have been put on a Slate Outback as well as an Ivory Dune Pro Angler 12. (**We have a Green/Espresso on hand that we are getting the itch to throw on an Ivory Dune Pro Angler 12 so we can finally see what the combination looks like.)
